XX Cut respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how the app handles information when you use its video editing, collage, advertising, and subscription features.
1. Information We Handle
Media and project data
When you choose photos or videos to edit, XX Cut accesses that media only to provide editing, collage, export, and sharing features. Your selected media, project drafts, and exported files are stored locally on your device.
XX Cut does not operate a server that uploads or stores your edited photos, videos, drafts, or exported files.
Device permissions
XX Cut may request access to:
- Photos and videos, to let you select media and save exported files.
- Camera, if you choose to record video from within the app.
You can change or revoke these permissions at any time in your device settings.
2. Advertising
The free version of XX Cut may display ads using Google Mobile Ads (AdMob).
Google and its advertising partners may process information such as device identifiers, IP address, approximate location, ad interaction data, and diagnostic information to provide, measure, secure, and personalize advertising where permitted.
Users with an active XX Cut Pro subscription do not receive ads.

3. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions
XX Cut offers optional subscriptions through Apple App Store and/or Google Play.
Payments are processed by Apple or Google. XX Cut does not receive or store your payment card information.
The app may store subscription entitlement status locally and may verify subscription status with the applicable app store to determine whether premium features and ad-free access are active.
4. Data Retention and Deletion
Your drafts and media are stored locally on your device.
You can delete drafts from the Drafts section of the app. You can also delete exported files from your device gallery or file storage.
Deleting the app generally removes its local app data, subject to your device backup settings.
Advertising providers and app stores may retain information according to their own privacy policies.
5. Third-Party Services
XX Cut may use the following third-party services:
- Google Mobile Ads / AdMob for advertising
- Apple App Store for iOS purchases and subscriptions
- Google Play for Android purchases and subscriptions
These services may collect and process information under their own privacy policies.
6. Children’s Privacy
XX Cut is not intended to knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the app, contact us so we can address the concern.
7. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when the app, its services, or legal requirements change. The latest version will be available in the app’s Settings and subscription screen.
