I bought Pro but the app still shows ads
Open the app, tap the profile button at the top, then Restore purchases. Use the same Apple ID or Google account you bought with.
How do I cancel my subscription?
iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Ali Wallpapers. Android: Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel it.
How do I put theme icons on my iPhone?
In a theme, open Icons and tap Add icons. Your iPhone downloads a profile with the icons: open Settings, tap “Profile Downloaded”, then Install. The new icons appear on your home screen. Remove them any time in Settings → General → VPN & Device Management.
The custom status bar doesn't show (Android)
Android needs the app's Accessibility switch on: Settings → Accessibility → Installed apps → Ali Wallpapers → On. Android turns it off after the app is reinstalled. The service only draws your bar; it reads nothing on your screen.
The charging animation doesn't play (Android)
Allow “Display over other apps” and turn off battery optimization for Ali Wallpapers. Some phones (Xiaomi, Vivo, Oppo, Infinix) also need Autostart turned on.
