Terms of Use

These terms apply to the Ali Wallpapers app for iPhone, iPad and Android (“the app”), made by Ali Raza (“we” or “us”). By using the app you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

1. Using the app

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use. Don't copy, sell or redistribute the app or its content, misuse our servers, or try to get around ads, locks or subscriptions.

2. Our content

Wallpapers, themes, icons, widgets, DIY lock screens, charging animations and other content in the app are for your personal use on your own devices. You may not sell them, share them as your own, or use them in other apps or products.

Some icon themes show icons for other apps so you can personalize your home screen. App names and logos belong to their owners. Ali Wallpapers is not affiliated with or endorsed by them.

3. Your content

Photos you use stay yours. You are responsible for having the right to use them. Things you create with the app are for your personal use.

4. Accounts

An account is optional. Give accurate information and keep your password safe. We may suspend or delete accounts that break these terms or abuse the app. You can delete your account at any time in the app (Profile → Delete account).

5. Ali Wallpapers Pro subscriptions

• Pro removes ads and unlocks Pro content while your subscription is active. Plans are weekly, monthly and yearly. Prices are shown in the app before you buy and may differ by country.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google account when you confirm the purchase.
• Your subscription renews automatically for the same period and price unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for the renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends.
• If a free trial is offered (for example on the yearly plan), you are charged when the trial ends unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends. Any unused part of a trial ends when you buy a subscription.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings (iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions) or in Google Play (Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions). Deleting the app or your account does not cancel it.
• Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.
• If you change phones, use Restore purchases in the app with the same Apple ID or Google account.

6. Ads and unlocks

Free users see ads, and some content unlocks after you watch a rewarded ad. Unlocks are kept on your phone and may be lost if you delete the app or clear its data. We may change which content is free, unlocks with ads or needs Pro.

7. Phone features

Features such as the custom status bar, charging animations, widgets, home screen icons and Ali Launcher depend on your phone's system and maker, and may not work the same way on every phone or after system updates. On Android, the status bar uses the Accessibility service only as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Apple users

If you got the app from the App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. Apple is not responsible for the app or its support, and has no warranty obligations for it beyond what the law requires.

9. No warranty and limits

The app is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for loss of data or unlocks. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be limited.

10. Changes and ending

We may update the app and these terms. If we make important changes we will update the date above and tell you in the app. You can stop using the app at any time. We may stop offering the app or parts of it.
